I think a bolt gun would be the cats meow. Not sure if it will feed through a mauser magazine, but I also would like to know.
Not sure what threads for your muzzle, but make sure you have a relief cut before the shoulder so it is more universally compatible with whatever suppressor you go with. What threads does Elite Iron put on theirs?
Are you sure you want to use your brother's lathe? I heard his yard if full of viscous dogs.
