First double check your loads. Make sure they are right. If they are right it is probably a case of your barrel just doesn't like those bullets. I see it quite often with different calibers and no one can explain why it happens it just does. You can try a different 200 grain bullet and see if they fly straight, if they do you know the 200 gr. Ballistic Tips and your barrel don't like each other.
