I wonder why the Army did not use a more gereric or historical blade as we have done in the past.
The CIB has an 1804 Harpers Ferry musket.
Daggers are most common. Niether they nor Bowies are going out of style.
The M9 is distinctive. But not classic. What are they going to do when it is replaced?
