http://www.hi-techammo.com/ currently has some 147s listed at $58/500 or $320/3000.
I bought a couple thousand a while ago, and I was able to get them to cycle at subsonic velocities in my 16" Noveske barrel using AA1680.
I thought it was a little loud though. I'm going to try a faster powder and see if I can still get it to cycle.
