Yes, I more or less managed to "escape" from the PRC! I sensed there was a window of opportunity to sell my home, so listed it within 24 hours of arriving at that conclusion. It sold in a week, and although I ended up with just under what I bought it for back in '89, I was able to get out of what had become a degenerating neighborhood, town, and state! I am now in Chino Valley, Arizona, which is about 12 miles north of Prescott...
