How can I go about getting a chamber gauge for my Del-ton barrel? Is this a 1.355 or 1.400 chamber?

I am having terrible times trying to get converted 223/556 brass to chamber properly. I had no problems at all with Corbon 300/221 ammo. I suspect that I am having the military brass issue being discussed here lately.
