For an adjustable stock look at the Magpul CTR which has a lock up mechanism that makes it feel pretty sturdy.
For a fixed stock look at the Ace ARFX or similar model but they have foam so I am not sure if that bugs you.
If you go with a scope you may want something with a riser but then you will be over the $100 and it can interfere with the CH on certain models if not extended.
CAA also makes an inexpensive adapter that mounts to a standard carbine stock and allows you to get a better cheek weld.
