I would suggest the same with respect to the feed ramp. At the very least get some polish going (once again the Dremel is fantastic).
I've done it to my 9mm pistol and a couple of rifles and it does help - maybe not a perfect solution in this case but worth a try. BTW and FWIW - I had not had any issues with these bullets in a bolt gun.
