I feel your pain, I lost my job 2 months ago
Anyway i did all the work myself.
I have a small 7x14 lathe that made centering the holes in the baffles easy
but there isn't much machining needed with the design I built
just drill holes in the baffles after you bend them then heat treat them and pound them into your tube with a big hammer
the hardest part was engraving the tube to ATF specs. once I got my home-built electroetcher working it wasn't hard
