I'm no expert on the whisper ,however have been reloading for 25 years.I can say this : Lake City brass has a thicker ,stronger case head than a fireball. As a result it has less interior volume,but will withstand hotter loading better than fireball brass. So IMO you won't notice much difference with the tamer loads. On the hot stuff the lake city will hold together.The 221 I've had to break the contender open over my knee and pull the brass out with a pair of pliers.
Just my opinion. Others may disagree.
