Bill - I've been pressing them out of the OEM...

Bill - I've been pressing them out of the OEM grips and into my Delrin copies...they hold OK as long as you don't overtorque them...

The flanged inserts with knurling would be great. I'll try...

I'm doing a couple sets of "retro" grips for the M7. I'm using brown Delrin, and it works very nicely on the lathe/mill. (Pic attached).

But it's soft, so I want to use the flanged nut/sleeve like...
