Since the pictures were taken, I shifted the scope forward to improve eye relief. I also get better access to the charging handle.
The scope seems ridiculously large on the whisper upper. But...

Hey! My 300-221 AR Upper Arrived!
And it looks good! The whole rifle (sans optic) is lighter with the 300-221 upper on than my 223 varmint upper with 24" x 0.930" barrel. I can see why you guys like SBRs now. They must be right...
