The gun has been re-barreled and it has been stamped with 300/221. I found a adjustable gas block for it i think this will slove my problem and a heard a mini 30 mag will feed the bullet right into...

I have a mini 14 in 300 whisper. I got the gun from some one that could not get it to work. The rifle does fires and the action cycles ½ way. It will not load the 300 whisper round out of the 223...
