I've played with them, they work very well SS with a nice soft shooting charge of 3031 under them. I'll have to look up the exact charge. They are less loud then my .22 with this load (no can)....

Carbon Fiber AR-.300

I built a lightweight AR carbine using a carbon fiber/Aramid upper/lower reciever, CAR stock, 16" Wilson Arms 1/8 twist barrel, dot sight. Lots of fun, but no can in Iowa!

I usually use a .308 w/110 grainers @ 3000fps. Takes them out real well & never needs a 2nd shot. It does however make a mess of the hides!
