More M9 Phrobis At Goverment auction

There are some more M9 Phrobis being auctioned on the "Government liquidation" web site. Some appear to be the early three line 2nd generation. Check it out. Good luck numberonegi.

Auction ended today on M9 Phrobis Bayonets

I guess there will be a flood of M9 Phrobis on Ebay in the near future. It looks like most of them sold for about $60.00 to $70.00. There could be some nice stuff in this batch.

I counted over 450 M9 Phrobis bayonets being sold....that's a lot pf M9s. They look pretty good in the pictures.

The holes are not a problem...the blades have already past the U.S. Military Quality Control Inspectors. The M9 bayonet blades that had the breakage problems were the Phrobis III not Lan-Cay. ...

Ist Contract LanCay M9 Bayonet circa 1993-1994

Sir,
Your M9 LanCay is a first contract model, before the "Product Improved" version. Circa 1993 1994 with the cutter plate screw driver on the side. It is a good bayonet. No problem with blade....

M9 Lan-Cay Shallow Blood Groove & No Saw teeth

Collectors,
Here are some pictures of an M9 Lan-Cay USA. This blade is made with a shallow blood groove and no saw teeth. A step near the handle. Flat grind cutting edge. Nice smooth gray finish....

Ontario USMC Prototypes?

Has anyone seen these Ontario Prototypes? Apparently they were designed for the USMC Test trials. Ontario sold them to a dealer. I contacted Ontario customer service (Sue) and she varified the story....

The knife pictured is made in Spain. It is not the original one made in the U.S.A. The Navy Seal issued knives were made in the U.S.A. The U.S.A. Seal CUK is worth considerably more and are difficult...

Lan-Cay Inc. manufactured the M9 Utility/ US bayonet in two colors. Olive green and black. Some had black blades and others had a gray blasted blade. Here are some pictures of both. PanCanal
