Personally no matter what barrell length, I wouldnt go Faster than Hogdens varget,..I believe that H 4895 would be far too fast, but your choice as to what you want to do there, Reloader 17, gives...

Building 5 Souper?

I would use a kreiger Barrell, nothing shorter than 22"...preferably 23 at the least for me ,..I would choose a 1 in 9" twist, and run it with reloader 17, or VihtavouriN160,..H4350 AS A 3RD...
