It is easy. A few minutes. Dremmel with the little carbide cutting wheel. Cut the tip off. (like butter) Then use a small drill bit, then a little bigger drill bit if you want it a little bigger HP....

Don't flip them backward just Dremal and Drill. 210 grain HP from 220 grain OTM the ones under it are 216 grains from 220 OTM Remington 300 Blackouts. Very easy to do....

Home made HP's, from factory Remington 300 blakout 220 grain OTM's. The bigger HP is 210 grains. The smaller HP is 216 grains, The second pic is the 210's over uncut 220 OTM's. Shoot for the neck....

The trim length should be more like 1.355 not...

The trim length should be more like 1.355 not 1.400 on the Whisper I do believe. Everything else looks right.
