No it is not compressed my loads are fairly "long" bullets is not seated but just to the crimping marks.

Well it has been since last summer when I was shooting the 14 inch Encore barrel. If I remember correctly I ran 150g bullets at 6.5g of Tboss. The bolt gun I have been playing with is a 16.5 inch...

Yep been running the 7.62x39 (.308 bore) in an encore and a bolt gun for over a year now. Good for you for putting out there. Don't know why more people have not looked at this round.

build using an Savage Edge? good/bad?

Great deals out there on the Savage Edge. What do you guys think about using that for a platform for a 300 Whisper variant. I am specifically looking at soing a 300 blackout.

Tag I am working similar except I am using a 14 barrel in an Encore frame.
Also waiting for a Chrono to help with the numbers.
