Luckily my rifle can cycle 168-175s without any issues.

I'm not so sure these would feed from a mag very well though.

The small base 223 dies fixed the issue.

You need to buy a bullet comparator to measure off the ogive and not the tip of the bullet.

Otherwise you are just guessing and basing your seating depth on something that varies too much bullet...
