I found the best luck with a encore bull barrel, was 18 inches. It is the best all around length barrel.

I have some rounds reloaded, they start at 15 grains of H110 yo 19.5 grains of H110, I will get to the range this coming weekend to try em out.
They are seated .060 from the lands.
