I've been using it, I load 10.8gr and get about 1040 fps @ 6000 ft elevation with a 220gr MK out of a 16" barrel.

Looks like the 7.62x39 trimmer is the ticket. I think if I trim 1/4" off the bottom of the die I will be able to get the brass up far enough and the cutter shaft is longer so the vacuum should work...
