Gas Port location

With my gas port in the normal position and drilled to .120 it runs fine and feeds fine with 11 grains of AA1682 .

When you are using a drill press you have to use a pilot. There is just too much slop in a standard drill press quill.

I have shot 125 grain all the way up to 220 grain bullets.. I have found the secret is to ALWAYS use Mag-pul followers ..
Even the cheap 10 shot mags work just fine once I put the mag-pul followers...

I saw that setup and it is the best.. Cuts, forms it's da bomb.

Foot switch is a great idea ..

I slowed the feed down for the video and have added a guard .. I did 100 and I'm at about 15...

I like 1680 .. I fooled around with a lot of other powerders and I found I can load 1680 subsonic and keep the gas port in the carbine position and not change the buffers or the springs. It cycles...
