220 grain hornady round nose will not feed

I am having trouble getting the 220 grain hornady round nose to feed in my AR pistol. I have tried a colt mag and also p-mag. A buddy of mine told me I could work on the feed ramps with dremmel tool....

I have a M1S upper that was threaded for my YHM phantom adapter by M1S. I think it cost an extra $30.00 for the threading.
