Whisper AR Barrels.

I am thinking of just getting Pac-Nor to build me a custom barrel for my AR. Where should the gas port be, and what diameter should it be? Any other tips?

I'd read where one Model1 customer recived a 1:10 barrel, My J&T is also a 1:10. I'm still waiting to see what J&T will do about this, I've had good luck with them in the past. Has anyone gotten...

They under loaded it to produce sub sonice...

They under loaded it to produce sub sonice velocities (much quieter, hence whisper). For super sonic loads, cycling should be no problem. My J&T seems to get too much gas with my adjustable gas...
