That is a German Soligen Eickhorn M-16 bayonet. I have a photo of one mounted on my old M-16 in the following thread...

Ok thanks! I was thinking of selling this and dont remember what I paid. What would you think is the worth?

The bayonet shown in Quarterbore's link is an Eickhorn KCB 77. booker's bayonet, while closely resembling the Eickhorn, is actually a bayonet manufactured by a German company called GMS. Check out the write up I did several years ago:
