UMC and T-TSX gel test
Some petals fell off at this velocity - it is really made to impact just below this velocity and on down.

At what distance did the 115 start to tumble? |
Not sure it ever tumbled.

I imagined it tumbling due to its long nose and and blunt heavy base.
Well your samples look pretty distorted as if they traveled side ways. The third 115 looks as if it traveled backwards or impacted backwards as the base is bulged. |
Might need to break out the high speed camera:sniper:

R., what's the construction of the FMJ's? they're not open at the bottom and I gather they are not open-tipped..... and yet they don't look TMJ-ish.

The UMC is OTM, but then the nose is struck closed, like the Sierra Palma bullet.
