Model 1 upper WTF?

As near as I can tell my model 1 upper is a 1 in 9.5 or even 10" twist when advertized as 1 in 8, anyone else's upper undertwisted?
WTF is up with Model 1? At very near $30 per hundred wasted on 240 SMK's that I cant get to stabilize I'm kinda pissed.......:mad: :mad:

a lot of ar makers reused there same source of 30 cal barrels to make whispers i have a 1/10 twist on my deer gun
