South Bend Heavy 10" Saddle Lock

Hi my name is Sean Skelonis. I have a south bend Heavy 10" Lathe. I am missing the Lock plate that goes under the saddle. Does anyone have one for sale or can anyone get a sketch with dimensions of this part?
