Help...Trying to buy 300/221 Contender barrel
 

Besides SSk does anyone have good idea?

Midway USA has the following one in stock:
14" Blue 300 Whisper Thompson Contender barrel. They list others, but they all say "coming soon" or "special order."

I have a 14" Fox Ridge 300 whisper barrel. It was $225, and I was shooting 3 shot groups of around 1 1/4" at 100 yards, with a 4 power scope.

The only down side is that it is a 1-10" twist, so you can't effectively use heavy subsonics.

Otherwise, is great for the money, and they will make it any length you want.
