Trying to get a 30 cal varmint bullet started!

I have started a group buy for another cast bullet that would be awesome for 300WTF, BLK, Whisper, etc. This is a recreation of an out of production mold for a massive hollowpoint 30 cal bullet for varmint hunting. The lead and huge hollowpoint was designed (and proven) to reduce ricochets to almost nothing. It is super cool looking and I think it would be a great way to shoot a 300WTF at critters up close. Disclaimer: I plan on using this in my 300 Whisper bolt gun. It may or may not feed in an AR. The guy in the thread above has shot it semi auto in a Garand.

what bullet weight?

I could see this as a possible for supersonic use .. but I'm not running lead bullets through my silencer.

The group buy made? Who will be manufacturing it? As I said, if it's a cramer style I'm in, otherwise I think I'll pass.

I would love to see how it does on gel at both super and sub velocities.

The links show recovered bullets from prairie dogs. It breaks up into little chunks.

I'm betting that if you load it in backwards it'll make a great sub-sonic boolit.

I need 1 or 2 more interested parties to make it active.

Gotcha. Hope they show up. This would be great as a Miha mold. Wish it was 4 cavity but I can make do.
