Yes I have been looking at this adapter ring. I may buy this for a temporary fix but I am more looking for an adapter to put on the bayonet lug that will push the bayonet forward 1 -2". As stated by attaching the bayonet to the barrel I only have 4" of the bayonet exposed from the tip of the muzzle. I may end up switching my uppers again to a configuration that is set up for it. The carbine length isn't as important to me. My use of this weapon would be for a survival situation if this country ever goes belly up. So a longer barrel may even have an advantage although a carbine length is more then adequate in engaging targets at a practical range 1-200 yards. i am going to look into a local machine shop who may be able to make a bushing to fit on my barrel and take the slack up. I would look to have set screws and the bushing to be in two pieces so that you would not have to remove your compensator.

Where is the adapter?
It looks as though the auction was pulled from ebay or it has ended. Anyone have contact info to the person selling the slip over adapter? I believe you take your flash suppresor off screw the adapter on and then reinstall your supressor. Also looking for an bayonet lug adapter to install on my Remington 870 Shotgun

Need Help
Earlier in this post I was given a link on an ebay item that was for a M9 adapter that would screw on behind the flash suppressor/Compensator that would add thickness to the barrel so that the M9 would not jiggle on an M4 barrel. The seller showed you would unscrew the compensator, screw on the bushing type adapter and then screw the compensator. I was also told it would not add any length to the barrel. I tried the link and the item is no longer available and unviewable. Can someone please give me the sellers info? Also I am looking for the adapter that will allow you to mount your m9 on an Remington 870 shotgun. Why you ask? I don't know but I want one. You can email me directly if possible to lawman0210@gmail.com.
