Is this the same as an M-16 or an AR-15, just the Canadian Issue Version?

Hell, if that's the case, the sky is the limit!

You could replace the Forearm w/ a Rail System, replace the Upper, change the Pistol Grip, change the Stock.....and the list goes on and on.
