I have a complete 300 now!
 

Everyone,

I want to thank this excellent resource for helping my complete my first 300 top end on an M-16. It started life as a 16inch barrel that i had to cut down to 10inch and thread 5/8x24 for the suppressor. I had all the cycling problems u guys talked about with Corbon and handloads with only my subsonic ammo. I had to weld up the carbine gas hole and redrill a pistol location port to .103 and now all works with 12.2 of AA1680 and a Sierra 220. I'm getting about a 2inch group at 100, so I still have some work on the load but it needs to subsonic with the Jet suppressor. I have some pics I took if you guys want to check them out.
