Hi Guys,
Have you seen that new rifle from Mossberg? http://bulletin.accurateshooter.com/...les-look-good/ She would be the perfect candidate for a 300 whisper conversion... or even 458 socom:smile: ND |
Looks like a great addition to the Mossberg line.

Ya know If someone could figure out a way to set a Sako extractor in the center of that right (bottom)bolt lug...it might actually keep the case on the bolt face through the extraction phase. |
Hi spook,
what about having a sako type extractor on the top of the right lug? Wouldn't that work? I have not seen the configuration of the bolt head on that modsberg. Nd |

At this point, this is a far as I have got, since the loading bench isn't setup yet& I haven't picked up any loaded ammo. :frown: :frown: |
I sent Mossberg a message asking them to chamber it in the 300 Blackout........
|
To small market for them. Maybe you would see the same rifle in 204 ruger but that would be about it for that size of action.

One of these set up as a switch barrel between 223, 20 practical and 300wtf would be epic.

http://www.rifleshootermag.com/blog/...5/MVP-bolt.jpg The MVP's Drop Push bolt employs a lever that drops down to catch cartridges in an AR magazine and feed them. The lever simply lifts back into the bolt face when the bolt reaches the feed ramp. |
