Atlas/Craftsman/South bend?

Hello, I recently acquired this lathe and have almost no idea who made it. It has a stack of gears, grinder that mounts on the lathe,all of the tooling and accessories. Any idea what it is worth? I sorta lost interest.

Yes Atlas or Craftsman. The flat ways are a dead give away. Look on ebay for prices some go for 500 and up...Bob
