Model 1 300whisper barrel thread pitch?

Hello everyone,

What is the thread pitch on the Model 1 sales 300 uppers? Is it the standard 5/8 24 tpi for the .30cal? Thanks in advance.

THREAD PITCH IS 1/2" X 36

Standard AR in 223 is 1/2" x 28.
Model1sales 300 whisper is 1/2" x 36. And you may not be able to buy a tap for it. Special order only. Use a late instead, if you plan to make a silencer. I do that.
