30 cal Hornday 225gHPBT info?

Anyone heard of these yet? BC of .771 I read some were early 2011 they should hit the market.

Talked to my ffl/sot who is a hornaday dealer and he heard by may'ish but that was around december when he said that. If i hear somethin from him i will let yall know

So this will be an OTM not an A-Max?

Any idea what twist will be needed? I'd love to try them in my 300 Win Mag too.

Correct you are; OTM. I'm going to wager a guess here that it'll need a 10-twist with supersonic, and an 8-twist with subs.

I'm hoping for 1:10, since that is what my 300WM is, but their 208 A-Max needs a 1:10 so we'll have to see. For a BC like that the bullet has to have a long profile.
