Barrel blank needed for subsonic 22 RF

I see Volquartsen, EABCO, HiDesert Dog offering 1 in 9 twist barrels for 10/22 to optimize the use of the Aguila 22 SSS 60gr rounds. I had heard Green Mountain made the non Volquartsen blanks, but I don't see it on there site.

I'm looking for a barrel blank for a (not Ruger) 22 bolt gun as a very quiet project. Input on sourcing a barrel blank anyone has luck with in this chambering greatly appreciated.

I just built an integrally suppressed Savage bolt action using a 9" twist barrel from Lilja. They are very nice barrels.

I'd recommend Lilja as well in stainless. Dan makes some outstanding barrels with very consistant machineability. You could also check out PacNor. I've used a lot of their barrels with very good results too.
