Ar-15 Pistol Questions

I RECENTLY HAD A FFL DEALER ORDER ME A CMMG AR-15 LOWER RECEIVER, I HAVE YET TO PICK IT UP.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR IT TO BE LEGAL, BESIDES THE FACT IT BEING RECORDED AS A PISTOL BY THE FFL DEALER IN THE ENTRY LOG AND ON THE 4473?
