Buck 188/Phrobis III M9 Bayonet - missing piece

I purchased a Buck 188/Phrobis III M9 Bayonet. It is missing the upper part of the sheath that snaps into the fastex buckel. Does anyone know where I can find a replacement to match. I have been looking on Ebay for over a year now.
