I can and am willing to do it.

If you send me your cleaned 223 brass, I will deprime it, swage out any primer crimp, cut it back to 1.355 and tumble it 100% clean again. You get your brass back.

.10 each

If you want me to touch up the neck on a Giruad trimmer, it will cut a slight VLD type chamfer and completely deburr the case. This is not needed as the Dillon run at 4,000 rpm and cuts really clean, but it leaves a square edge. The Giruad will make it perfect. If you want it run through the Giruad, add .04 each.

Depending on how much brass I have to process, I should be able to turn your brass in around 5-7 days.

I will ship it back via USPS flat rate with signature confirmation.

References avail.

Hoser, are you one with a video up on youtube showing your process?

Thats not me, but mine looks just like it. I just dont have a motor hooked up to my machine.

The motor (PW power load) I have is on another 1050 and I use it for loading ammo.

And for those looking for completed brass, I do have some once fired Lake City.

Great job on the 500 rounds you processed for me, now I have to find the time to load them. I didn't know that you would turn them around so fast.
Thanks again

How much to process NEW brass?

i.e. no need to decap, swage, etc.

I will not work on new or processed brass. The work/time involved is easily triple that of once fired. The reason being that the trim die I use relies on the case walls grabbing on the the die so when the cutter blade come down the case stays put and the blade does not spin the case in the die. If that happens, things get ugly in a hurry.

I did 500 pieces of virgin Lapua brass for my bolt gun. Ended up hacking the tops off the cases with a trim die/hack saw on my rockchucker then running them through my 1050.

No discount for de-primed or processed brass as it all still has to go through my machine and inspected by me after. In fact I am not willing to work on processed brass.

Im not getting rich off this, just trying to help people out.

400 pieces came back today. I wont be making any more 300 whisper brass as long as Hoser is doing his thing!
