Need help With Accurate #5

Can anybody give me some loads for 220 grain bullets with AA#5?

Shooting out of a 16" bolt gun.

I think that SSK recomends not loading with anything faster then AA#7 or 9, I don't remember which exactly. I am not sure if that was for semi autos or the whisper in general.
