300 Whisper vs 300/221 neck diameter

what are the actual neck dimensions?

I have some Corbon 300 Whisper ammo (with SSK Brass) and it measures .331" loaded.

The brass lot can vary the actual loaded neck size of the round but most of mine run .330-.331 made from mil brass but I have had some .334 that got tossed. If you mean the actual chamber neck size then that is specific to how it was cut and with what reamer. I have measured them from .333 to .338".
