Cutting .223 Brass......need Help!!!!!

I need a good way to cut ALOT of LC brass for whisper cases. I have tried the tube cutter and that takes forever, put an endmill in my drill press and that just tore the brass to bits, cut off wheeles get the brass pretty hot. How do yall do it, any suggestions???:confused::confused:

I use a 6" chop saw with a home made jig. Cuts fast but is messy- after the cutting I tumble the brass to get it clean again then finish cutting on a dillon trimmer.

You have to have a Pilot to align the center of the end mill and case. I use a Foster set shown here. I now use the 223 pilot in the trimmer also. This helps keep thing lined up.

I just use the trim die I got with the CH4D die set to rough cut a couple hundred cases at a time, then I do a final trim after I've gone through the sizer. I tried other methods but the faster ways tended to be inconsistant on length and wasted a too large percentage of brass, slower ways abound but gain little. The chop saw with a holding fixture sounds like the only real improvement.....
