7.62X39 Mauser Subsonic
 

Gents,

I just built a 7.62x39 rifle with 19" 1:10 twist and a .308 bore. The reason I put together this rifle is to cull whitetail deer in an urban area (legally). I am having a heck of a time finding "good" reloading data. Please recomend a bullet and power charge so I can get going with this project. I have remington core lokt and hornady SP 165,s laying around the house. Shots will be 50 yards max with most being around 25

try 10 g of trailboss with 175-180 gr pills. i dunno the case cap compared to 308 win but 180 speer round nose in my 308 is subsonic and sub moa to 100yds
