Nope but im about to build one just choosing a platform, it does look like a great deer rifle and even a dual purpose rifle. According to some research ive read its as good as a 25-06 in velocity and with less recoil and powder

Yes, I've built two of them. It is my favorite deer/coyote cartridge. I left this last rifle at 24" when cutting/contouring the Shilen barrel. Shoots itty bitty groups when fed Ballistic Tips [100 gr].

I have been shooting the 250/3000 AI for over 25 years and see no need for anything else at least here in Oregon. Minr is made on a 600 Remington action with a McGowan 1-10 barrel lopped off at 22". Wit kevlar stock and a Redfield 1-5 it weighs just under 6.0 lbs and is a pleasure to carry and hunt with.
Aloha, Mark
