Carlo, serial number is 0001. A H F , Richmond Va.Immaculate condition.What is history of this and appox. value, etc.?

Unfortunately I have no idea about the value or history of your commemorative bayonet.
Seems an M7 bayonet from the picture, am I correct?

M7 Commemorative USMC RVN
 
Yes. M7.Viet Nam.USMC commemorative. I think it was produced in the early eighties .It is by the American Historical Foundation.Sent to me by a fellow vet in Calif.
I don't know much about it,however I'm sure someone would know who the first
produced went to etc.

These were strictly a commercially sold item. They made Army, Air Force, Navy and USMC models.
