Buck Knives "chevron" documentation.

Some great materials about the unauthorized "chevron" mark on the first M9s.
This is the first time I see a document about this.

Interesting to note, from the second picture, is Quantity: 1.080
From this site "One hundred sixty-six pieces of the 1200 piece run had not been shipped and these were held back".
There seems to be a discrepancy:
1200-1080= 120

Carlo, glad to see you got the documentaion...I seem to be having difficulties with my scanner and digital camera......

My notes are not readily accessable, so I am going from memory. Lot of 1200 pieces, 10% (120 pcs) pulled for physical testing. Balance (1080) received visual examination. 1034 pcs from the original 1200 were shipped, remaining 166 were numbered.

Most of you probably wouldn't know this, but the signature on the "Material Review Board" line is Micky Finn's.

That is interesting, as I had never heard before of these 120 bayonet from the first lot.
Did they have the standard chevron marking, too, and were later numbered?

Thanks!!!!!
I'm looking forward to see the pictures and then make a close comparison between a 2002 re-assembled Gen. Cutl. (mine) and an original one (yours)!
