The copper on these bullets is very hard.
JFettig, how did you determine that the 18.5 load was too hot? Primers?Pressure ring? Recoil?Gouged brass?
I have not done any accuracy testing yet,but I am crossing my fingers on these Rem 125's, this was the only bullet that failed to feed one time.

I don't recall seeing a pressure ring but the radius on the primer was gone, completely flattened out. There was virtually no velocity increase between the two loads.
