300/221 load for 220gr SMK
 

Here is what I came up with last week when working up a new load for my rifle.

Rifle specs:
16 3/4" Douglas barrel
trued Remington 700 action

Load:
11.6gr Reloader 7 (100% density charge)
220gr SMK
oal- 2.24

After trying loads every .3gr from 11gr to 12.2gr I narrowed it down to 11.6gr. which ran @1065 fps. I was also able to easily produce sub 1/2" groups at 100yrds which is good enough for me :)
